I would like say a few words regarding a recent flight I was on. I had a wonderful experience flying on SA Express. It was my very first time travelling on a regional flight and SA Express helped to make it very memorable. I was so looking forward to travelling to Botswana for the first time.
The air hostess on the flight welcomed everyone with a warm smile. When she made the safety announcement, it felt like she was directing the message expressly to me. The flight was a very short one, but meant everything to me.
I will always remember SA Express for making this experience happen. Everything on the flight felt like my first, from the onboard snack I received, to the pilot’s announcements, and the welcome and goodbye by the air hostess.
