This season the picnic basket includes snoek pâté, and a selection of the finest local cheeses and charcuterie. Tuck into freshly baked caramelised onion and goat’s cheese tart with a new potato or caprese salad. End off your picnic experience with seasonal fruit served with crushed white chocolate meringue. The picnic costs R175 per person and includes a bottle of estate wine to share between two.
