Pink Gold
50 ml Amarula Gold
125 ml dry sparkling wine (JC Le Roux Brut)
5 ml Cassis
Maraschino cherry or fresh berry
Pour the Cassis, followed by the Amarula Gold into a champagne flute. Top with sparkling wine. Garnish with a maraschino cherry or fresh berry.
